Eye Spy requests camera access to let you photograph objects during gameplay. Photos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them. Location access is used solely to enhance your in-game exploration and is never sold or shared with advertisers. You can disable both permissions in your device settings at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate Eye Spy, such as:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection during sign up
• Resend — transactional emails such as account confirmation

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
