By downloading or using Eye Spy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Eye Spy is a free application available on iOS and Android.

2. What Eye Spy Does

Eye Spy is a game that encourages you to explore your surroundings by finding objects and capturing them with your camera. The app uses your device camera and location to enhance gameplay. You earn points for discovering and photographing objects around you.

3. Camera & Location Access

Eye Spy requires access to your device camera to capture photos during gameplay. Location access is used to enhance your exploration experience. We do not share your location data with third parties. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, though this may limit app functionality.

4. User Content

Photos you take within Eye Spy are stored on your device and, if you choose to share them, on our servers. By sharing content, you grant Eye Spy a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You retain full ownership of your photos. Do not capture or share photos of people without their consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eye Spy to:

• Photograph or record individuals without their consent
• Trespass on private property while playing
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that violates local laws

6. Safety

Always be aware of your surroundings while playing. Eye Spy is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that occurs while using the app. Do not play while driving or in any situation where your attention is required for your safety.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Eye Spy is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
